Use this app as a journal or practice aid by logging your dreams. Anyone who has dreamed knows that the details of recalled dreams begin to fade not long after waking. Create a dream log and record your dream experiences as soon as you wake up -- while the experience, the imagery, and feelings these evoke are still fresh in your mind.
Hint for power users – create a new dream log in advance and use the “Record Later” option prior to going to sleep. The app is now ready to record as soon as you wake up. Tap the large red record button even when barely awake to capture your dream experience as close.
Participate in the community of people who share and discuss their dreams. After logging your dream, post your dream recording on our Facebook page to discuss with others. Or, simply follow the Facebook link on the app’s main screen to interact with and encourage people in the community who have posted their dream logs and recordings.
Remember, it is essential to believe in the outcome of this exercise in order to achieve results. There is considerable literature on dream control techniques, but most require extensive training and practice. At first simply listening to this track is enough to achieve some level of control. However, over time a belief system will develop from positive experiences, which will further speed up results. Eventually this will become automatic.

What is it:
Hypnovisualization® is a technique used to harness the conceptual power of the mind. It uses guided narration to inspire visual images which can be seen in great detail.
